Training & Support
SmartAdvocate clients go through a Learning Management System (LMS) before the first live training session. This ensures they have familiarity with SmartAdvocate before the formal training even starts. After attending the Basic training class, your staff will have a working knowledge of SmartAdvocate and how to effectively use many of its features. Next is our Intermediate and Advanced level classes. After going live with SmartAdvocate, our Support Team continues to work closely with your firm's Administrator to resolve any issues. Our convenient SmartAdvocate Support Tracker enables immediate submission, receipt, and resolution of requests.

There are options for users to access Case Notes and Case Documents at the same time to easily coordinate dates and times between notes and documents. There are also more advanced features for case communications. We text clients and email documents directly from the SmartAdvocate software. This gives a more professional look to our communications and makes our communications more organized and complete. The SmartAdvocate customer service also improved my outlook on case management.
