An interactive autonomous conversational voice agent designed to handle new case intake calls. Engages with prospective clients, collects case details, automatically logs leads into SmartAdvocate and triggers automated communications based on your firm's protocols.
Document Filing & Classification
Reads and processes documents from mass scans, digital imports and manual file attachments, automatically identifying the correct case, document category and subcategory and entering a short document description into the Description field.
Intake Assistant Coach
Active AI that "listens" to staff intake conversations in real time. Matches details to case-specific questionnaires, provides immediate coaching and feedback, fills in the SmartAdvocate data fields from the data provided in the conversation freeing the intake staff to focus on the conversation and do less field filling.
Settlement Value Assistant
Analyzes attorney minimum case settlement valuation discussions, compares them to case data and documents how attorney assessments align with AI-generated evaluations. Results are automatically stored in SmartAdvocate's Minimum Settlement Value fields as a separate value from the attorney's assessment for later analysis.
Medical Chronology Generation
Processes large volumes of unstructured medical record pages to generate a clear, searchable and hyperlinked medical history timeline. Then, it updates the SmartAdvocate case file by filling in missing data fields automatically.
Enhanced Chat with Case
An upgraded AI-powered chat experience that allows users to query complex case records using natural language across all SmartAdvocate data and case documents. Includes a prompt library and firm-specific customization options.
