SmartAdvocate’s 2023 Software Release Includes New Features, Plus Enhancements To Improve Efficiency and Functionality
March 2023 – SmartAdvocate recently held their 2023 Software Release “Tech Talk” Webinar. During the virtual event, Igor Selizhuk, Chief Technology Officer, highlighted some of the newest developments to enhance the day-to-day use for SmartAdvocate clients. Among the top features, webinar attendees learned about using Custom Tags to organize and search cases and documents, how to use new functionality like Fillable Client Questionnaires (UDFs) without using third-party software and how to upload documents and share them externally with secure links. Selizhuk explained the particular update, “When you share a document with an external user, they can download, edit and (if permitted) upload new version of the document or a completely new document.” Other demonstrated features were the Partner Law Firm Portal, which allows firms to give access to a referral portal, the Document Folder View, which now supports multi-level sub-folders for better organization, similar to Windows Explorer, and Custom Dashboard Panels.
