SmartAdvocate® has partnered with inSync Litigation Support , one of New York’s premier providers of process service and court services.  This partnership further simplifies case management for SmartAdvocate customers using inSync for process service and court services by integrating core administrative and tracking functions directly into their SmartAdvocate case management system.

SmartAdvocate’s integration with inSync will improve user productivity by automating administrative tasks. Monthly invoices and legal documents, such as affidavits of service and filed summons and complaints, are directly routed to files within SmartAdvocate, eliminating the manual work traditionally required to perform these steps – and the corresponding risk associated with potential human error
