Monthly invoices and legal documents, such as affidavits of service and filed summons and complaints, are directly routed to files within SmartAdvocate, eliminating the manual work traditionally required to perform these steps – and the corresponding risk associated with potential human error. inSync also offers the ability to track every process service or court filing online and can automate appearance alerts with integrated case tracking from its sister company, eLaw.
All of these services are available to SmartAdvocate customers when they use inSync for their process service and for court services.
